I don’t think Fjorden supports auto HDR - like Procam and others. That would be a nice thing.
Yes you are right, we do not support HDR at the moment. We won’t be able to support it on launch, but we have it on our list for future updates.
The iPhone supports auto HDR and at least in the iPhone 13 I cannot shut it off. Playing with your app, I see that HDR is on. So guess I do not understand this issue
I would love the ability to turn off hdr when needed. It ruins some of the artistic choices you can make in high contrast scenes.
Shooting in just RAW and not ProRAW gives that option. Of course with the IPhone you need a third party app to do that.
As has been stated, my shots are already all being taken with HDR. Thankfully Photomator now makes it easy to turn HDR off in post, but this issue would be more accurately titled “HDR option”, which I would turn off since I want to capture the most natural photo.
