Have been using the grip on a cruise for the past week and the Sony A65 and HX 90V have not left the cabin.
A suggestion would be to make the settings icon a hard press in order to invoke the settings menu I havee, on multiple occasions, inadvertently invoked the settings menu while I was in the process of taking a picture or just riding along looking for an opportunity to take a photo.
This could alaso be a user choice; tap or hard press.
