I do Not get my grip connected anymore. WHO can help me?

Can’t anyone from Fjorden help me?

Hi @Hartmutreck sory to hear about the techincal issues.

Can you try these steps please and let me know if the pairing is still not pushing through:

Go to Settings.app → Bluetooth. If the Fjorden grip shows up with a little (i) button to the right of it, please tap that (i) button. Then tap “Forget this device”.

Remove the battery from the grip.

Re-install Fjorden from the App Store.

When prompted during onboarding, insert the battery into the grip, wait 1–2 seconds.

Now hold down the shutter button and the FN button together, until the Fjorden grip appears on your screen. It should not take more than 10 seconds.
