The Fjorden grip rarely connects to yhe iphone 14 plus. Requiring phone restarts forgetting grip. Taking battereies out resting grip serial numbers. This devicice takes me back to early 2000s when bluetooth only worked when yhe weather the planets where aligned etc. i have missed more shots because I am spending time to get this product to work tgan if I used iphone camera. This grip will be gettinibg negatvie tevies from me overpriced gimick that does not work. Dissapointed I purchased it

Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear about the techincal issues. Can you try following the steps below? It should fix the connection issues.

Go to Settings.app → Bluetooth. If the Fjorden grip shows up with a little (i) button to the right of it, please tap that (i) button. Then tap “Forget this device”.

Remove the battery from the grip.

Re-install Fjorden from the App Store.

When prompted during onboarding, insert the battery into the grip, wait 1–2 seconds.

Now hold down the shutter button and the FN button together, until the Fjorden grip appears on your screen. It should not take more than 10 seconds.
