Save to Files, not camera roll#389

Lets the user turn off saving to camera roll.
I need the app to be used for work, without my work-related images ending up in my private camera roll.

Saving straight to workaccount on OneDrive could also be an option.

same here, I am shooting RAW and the files on the photos app makes no sense as i need to edit them and then upload the finished JPEG to the Photos app
