The iPhone 15 pro I’m using has the option to take 28mm and 35mm photos with the default main camera. It crops pixel size and doesn’t keep the full 48MP resolution, but they are still 24MP quality. Better than the 12MP resolution when switching to either the 2x or 3x lens. In Fjorden camera app, I’ve attempted to use 1.2 and 1.5 zoom in manual mode (what the default camera displays when switching to 28 / 35) using the main camera lens, but the MP quality is 12 for these, not 24. Is there any way to do this, or plans to implement on the horizon? Thanks!

We would love to offer these, but unfortunately those additional “lenses” are not available for third party camera apps. We filed this feedback with Apple a long time ago, but haven’t heard back. Sorry.
