Zero Shutter Lag as in the new Halide#266

It would be nice if there was very little delay from when you press the shutter and the time the picture is taken. Halide new version has done this.

@Joel Waxman We already do support it (when you are running iOS 17), but it depends on a bunch of other settings in order to be supported by the system (e.g., only if smart processing is set to High or Balanced, when shutter speed & ISO are set to auto). We will make it clearer in a future version when zero shutter is available.
